General conditions

Deliveries made by BAZAR DA ALDEIA and partner suppliers are made from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm. The delivery time is counted from the confirmation of payment in working days. Exceptionally deliveries can take place on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Please check the dimensions of the product and make sure that it is possible to access the place where the delivery will be made.

IMPORTANT: after completing the order, it is not possible to change the delivery method, request an advance or priority. All delivery times take into account the stock, the region, the invoice issuing process and the product preparation time.

When refusing delivery:

The products are sent to the customer exactly as they were delivered to us by the supplier. If any of the following occurs, refuse to receive the goods and write the reason for the refusal on the back of the DANFE:

• open or damaged packaging;

• defective product;

• lack of accessories.

In case of absence of the recipient, the carriers are committed to make up to three delivery attempts, on alternate days, with intervals of up to 48 hours between one and the other.

Delivery can only be made to a person over 18 years of age who presents an identification document.


The carrier is prohibited from:

• perform installation or maintenance of products;

• collect return products;

Check below what may have happened:

  • Delivery date: Check that the estimated delivery date has already expired. If the order delivery date has passed, please contact our customer service department .

  • Address data: confirm that the delivery address is correct in your registration. For your security, our operators cannot change customer registration data. If there is any disagreement, we ask that you update the delivery address in your registration and contact our customer service department .

  • Payment: Confirm that the payment has already been approved. The payment approval period varies according to the form in which it was made.

  • Absence of recipient: check the status of the order. If there is information that the Village Bazaar has already made an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we ask that you wait from 24h to 48h. We are committed to making up to three consecutive delivery attempts.

  • If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will forward the product (s) to the Distribution Center and send you a notification. As soon as you receive it, contact our customer service department .

  • Deliveries made by Bazaar da Aldeia and its suppliers are made from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm.

  • Carriers are advised to leave a notice indicating that they have been at the address provided.

  • If you live in an apartment, check if the product was delivered at the reception desk.

  • Refusal of the product: make sure that the people in charge of receiving the product, such as porters or employees, have not refused to receive it. In that case, please contact our customer service department .

  • Natural and adverse factors: make sure that, on the days scheduled for delivery, there were no heavy rains, accidents or strikes in the region where the product was to be delivered, making it impossible for the carrier to arrive.

In some situations, the delivery of an order can be carried out in two shipments, varying according to the size and availability of the chosen items and suppliers.

If the product is identified with the message "Product in stock" it indicates that it is available in the stock of Bazar da Aldeia. Delivery depends exclusively on the delivery time for your region (city and state) and starts counting from the confirmation of payment.

In order for the order to arrive faster, the Bazaar da Aldeia immediately delivers the items it has in stock. The rest are sent as soon as they are made available by our suppliers, according to the term informed at the time of purchase.

Products without the message “Product in stock” are delivered according to the supplier's availability period.
