 The three volumes of the O Paraná collection along the way bring together studies and reflections built from different theoretical and methodological perspectives about characters who worked in the region that today comprises the state of Paraná. In an innovative way, the organizers sought, through life trajectories, a way to tell the stories of Paraná with different perspectives, other possibilities. Due to its breadth and plurality, the collection is not only reserved for the specialized public, but also makes available to a wider reading public other ways of seeing, thinking, knowing and identifying with what was so familiar. Thus, the collection, which includes the participation of 29 researchers, researchers, professors and professors from different Universities in the state, most of them doctors and PhDs in History, aims to disseminate to the public a diversified, committed and innovative work when addressing the theme .
 The first volume is dedicated to “Images” - with reflections on life trajectories, circulation of books, intellectuals, memory and traditional historiography for the History of Paraná, as well as characters from the art, visual production and culture of Paraná.
 The second volume deals with “Justiças” - gathering texts about witchcraft, men of justice, opportunities in the Brazilian colony, freedom, abolition, transgressions, government and business, in a period even before the political emancipation of the state.
 The third volume deals with “Movements” - grouping broad themes, such as: memories and trajectories of immigrants, internal displacement, land occupation, work, public participation of women, political actions and militancy.
